This policy explains how information is handled when you visit, submit an inquiry or book a meeting. Updated September 27, 2026.
This policy covers the LuckyWeb website and its inquiry forms. For a privacy question or an access, correction or deletion request, email lekkatyoucef72@gmail.com or call (438) 580-7844. Contact address: 3775, rue La Durantaye, Saint-Hubert, Québec, Canada. Do not include sensitive documents in your initial message.
The form collects your name, email, business name, optional website, main service, city and country. It also records the language, submission time, request reference and notification status. Do not submit passwords, financial details, identity documents or information about your customers.
Your details help us understand your needs, prepare a conversation, respond and follow up. Submitting does not subscribe you to marketing. A service relationship may require a separate agreement and additional information collected when relevant.
Accepted requests are saved in the website database. Hosting and storage use managed website hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. When email notifications are enabled, Formspree processes a copy of the fields for delivery. These providers may process information outside Québec or Canada, depending on their infrastructure.
The calendar loads when you open it or after your request is saved. Calendly receives the technical information needed to load its service and the information you enter into its interface. Its own privacy policy and cookie settings apply. Submitting the LuckyWeb form does not automatically book a meeting.
The website uses HTTPS, server-side checks, parameterized database queries, a honeypot and rate limits. An identifier derived from your network address and the day supports rate limiting; the raw address is not saved in the form tables. Verification tokens expire after two hours. Hosting providers may also process technical security logs. No transmission or storage method is risk-free.
Your language choice and optional analytics preference may be stored in your browser. The language cookie lasts up to one year. No external advertising or audience-analytics service is currently connected. You can change preferences in the footer or clear site data in your browser. External services, including Calendly, manage their own settings.
Requests are not available to other visitors. Access is restricted to people authorized to manage the site. Retention depends on your inquiry, agreed services and applicable obligations; information no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized. You may request access, correction or deletion. Proportionate identity verification may be needed before information is disclosed.
You may choose not to submit the form and book a meeting directly. You may withdraw consent for uses that depend on it, subject to applicable requirements; this may limit our ability to follow up. Your rights depend on applicable law. You may raise concerns with LuckyWeb or the relevant privacy authority, including Québec’s Commission d’accès à l’information.
The update date identifies the current version. Material changes to uses or providers must be reflected here, with notices or consent where required. This policy does not replace specific provisions of a service agreement.
